Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant; PTA)

Renew Home Health is looking for a dependable, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients build strength and independence in their homes across the Granbury area. In this PRN role, you’ll carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care and support each patient’s recovery  you value flexible, meaningful, one‑on‑one work, we’d love to hear from you.

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes throughout the Granbury area
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care
• Help patients build strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team
• Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Home health experience a plus
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Reliability and strong hands‑on therapy skills
• A caring, patient‑first attitude
