Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

This Housekeeper position is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments and common areas, ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

8:00 am – 4:30 pm (schedule may change with notice)

• Prepare apartments for new residents, cleaning living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Perform weekly cleaning of resident apartments as scheduled.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe common areas in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collect and dispose of trash in common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, doors, and furnishings.
• Use commercial cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable daily attendance.

• Minimum of one year of prior housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work courteously and respectfully with elderly residents.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
