Grocery Manager

Brookshire's Grocery - 1301 South Morgan Street - Responsibilities:
Manage department sales and profits and provide leadership to department personnel;
Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; and schedule and resolve issues;
Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory to ensure in-stock levels;
Review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data and report to upper management;
Maintain product quality and food safety standards; ensure products are within date and rotated; promote sales through displays and suggestive selling
