As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

• Independently manage and lead this branch, leveraging ongoing corporate training and support
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider
• Build and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
• Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners
• Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee office budget and reflected profit and loss statements
• Create a workplace of choice for your territory by incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of team morale

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
