Full Time – Granbury, TX, US

• Installs purchased, assembled, and preassembled components.
• Conducts mechanical installations according to general instructions and established standards.
• Assembles product components to meet published schedules as directed.
• Lift and move assemblies and components as required.
• Examines products for proper fit and function.
• Examines all work performed in assigned areas.
• Conducts installation inspections.
• Practices safe work procedures at all times and leads by example.
• Assists in the organization of the shop floor work.
• Demonstrates proficiency in precision layout and measurement per drawings, hand sketches, or revisions.
• Manages multiple tasks effectively.
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Performs other duties as required and directed.
• Exhibits strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, job task planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrates both the ability and desire to improve processes and reduce waste.

• Previous work experience preferred.

• Effective time management skills to assist in coordinating the department over multiple shifts.
