Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift position requiring a current TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience.

• Work in a hospital-based Medical/Surgical unit on Floor 3
• Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO requests must be fewer than 7 days
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
• Assignment is located in a dynamic hospital environment with varied patient needs

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Driver’s license required for consideration
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of start date
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
