General Comments
Full-scope LDRP RN responsible for providing care in Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, and Postpartum/Couplet Care in an 8-bed unit. RN must be competent in intrapartum management (including induction/augmentation, high‑risk labor monitoring, fetal heart rate interpretation, and circulating C‑sections), immediate newborn stabilization and NRP participation, routine newborn assessments, and postpartum/couplet care for stable mother and infants. Must be able to function independently in a low‑volume, high‑acuity rural setting and transition between labor, nursery, and couple assignments based on census and staffing needs.

- Patient Ratio: 1:1 labor, 3:1 couplet care

- Scrub Color:
Navy Blue or Pink - EMR: GE CENTRICITY PERINATAL (CPN), Med Host for orders, charges, and medical scanning
- RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC)
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred
- 2 years' experience
- Ability to circulate C‑sections
- Pitocin titration
- Fetal monitoring interpretation
- Experience in LDRP model
