- Current Texas APRN license and national certification (FNP, PNP, or AGNP)
- Minimum of 1 year of ambulatory/clinic-based experience required
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, or family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently with physician support available
