2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE
Ability to circulate C-sections
Pitocin titration
Fetal monitoring interpretation

General CommentsFull-scope LDRP RN responsible for providing care in Labor &Delivery, Newborn Nursery, and Postpartum/Couplet Care in an 8-bed unit. RN must be competent in intrapartum management (including induction/augmentation, high-risk labor monitoring, fetal heart rate interpretation, and circulating C-sections), immediate newborn stabilization and NRP participation, routine newborn assessments, and postpartum/couplet care for stable mother and infants. Must be able to function independently in a low-volume, high-acuity rural setting and transition between labor, nursery, and couple assignments based on census and staffing needs.
