Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN 12‑hour shifts—days (6 am–6 pm) and nights (6 pm–6 am). Full‑time shifts include Baylor Weekend.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Altoona is an 80‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital that provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services with a wide base of physical rehabilitative care.

• Provide direct care to inpatients, including conducting assessments and developing individualized plans of care that reflect each patient’s needs and goals.
• Supervise the care, treatment, and services provided by LPNs, RNTs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
• Communicate patient information with the interdisciplinary team and report patient concerns or changes in condition to supervisors and/or physicians in a timely manner.

Flexible schedule built together, including working every third weekend.

• Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS certification
