- BLS, ACLS (AHA OR ARC)
- 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- SCOPE - MEDICAL AND CARDIAC ICU
- Titers must be in hand at time of submission

Patient Ratio: 2 to 1 AVERAGE
SCRUB COLOR
- Royal Blue
PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS must be included
Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility
