What you’ll do as a home health registered nurse

As a home health registered nurse
, you visit patients across the Granbury area and deliver skilled care. Typically, your day includes:

  • Assessing patients and updating their care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Teaching patients and families about their care
  • Coordinating with therapists, aides, and physicians
  • Documenting each visit accurately and on time

What we are looking for

First, you need an active Texas RN license. In addition, we look for the following:

  • At least one year of nursing experience (home health is a plus)
