Home Health Registered Nurse; RN

Renew Home Health is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to bring skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Granbury area. In this full-time role, you’ll carry a steady schedule of visits — completing assessments, managing care, and helping patients heal where they’re most comfortable,  you value consistent, meaningful, one-on-one work, we’d love to hear from you.

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout the Granbury area
• Assess each patient’s condition and update their plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
• Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
• Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians on each patient’s care
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

• Active Texas RN license in good standing
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
• A caring, patient-first attitude
