Assistant Store Manager

Brookshire's Grocery - 1301 South Morgan Street - Responsibilities:
Manage staff and operations of multiple store departments to ensure quality of product, food safety, and inventory stock levels;
Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance and administer disciplinary actions;
Ensure effective training of department staff and review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions;
Oversee inventory management to maintain in-stock levels and monitor profitability metrics; ensure store safety and customer service standards;
Open/close the store as needed and maintain a presentable store environment with adequate staffing and safety practices
