We are looking for a positive, energetic person for the role of Shift Supervisor at Braum's, with a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for advancement.

Hourly Compensation$14.50 – $15.00 (annual $35,500 – $37,000)
Shift Supervisor RoleAs a Shift Supervisor, you will execute Braum’s brand strategy, promoting the company’s vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, you strengthen the team’s contribution toward unit goals.
Responsibilities- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.
Reports toAssistant Manager

- Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures.
- Retail experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
