Part-time Merchandiser Job Granbury area,Texas USA,Retail

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Granbury, TX)
Schedule availability required:
Sunday, Thursday, Friday; start by 5 am, 15 hours per week
