$40K–$85K potential + training + leads provided (includes a base salary plus commissions)

Work side-by-side with an experienced and approved Farmers Agent Mentor
, learning the business from the ground up! You’ll gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership while building the skills and confidence needed to run your own agency.

This role is ideal for competitive, coachable sales professionals
who are motivated by growth—both financially and professionally—and want structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a defined roadmap to leadership or agency ownership.

What You Bring
  • Active Property & Casualty General Lines in Texas
  • Personal Lines experience as well as commercial is preferred
  • Life & Health Licenses with Life Insurance sales experience is preferred
  • Insurance sales experience preferred (successful sales people track their numbers, be prepared to share what you track)
