Instead of sitting behind a desk or spending your day cold calling, you will meet qualified buyers, tour the property and help people find the right Texas homesite.

• Current Land Consultants average more than $200,000 annually in commissions

• Active Texas real estate license
• Strong professional sales background
• Excellent communication, follow-up and closing skills
• Positive, coachable and self-motivated attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends
• Ability to work on-site in Granbury, Texas

• Three or more years of sales experience
• Experience in automotive, medical, real estate or another performance-driven sales environment
• Previous land-sales or high-value sales experience
• Four-wheel-drive vehicle

• Meet with qualified prospective buyers
• Conduct property and community tours
• Present available homesites and amenities
• Follow up with leads and guide buyers through the purchase process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

No previous land-sales experience is required. We will teach you the land business, the community and Patten Properties' proven sales process.
