Clear Water Express Wash and Blue Wave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our locations. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You'll welcome customers, answer questions, recommend wash services, and help guests understand the value of our membership programs.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service throughout every interaction.
• Learn and confidently explain our car wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent Clear Water Express Wash and Blue Wave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
