Specialist | Custom Home Sales

AMiche Talent Connect is supporting a search for our residential, custom home builder partner. We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven New Home Specialist to serve as a key customer-facing representative throughout the custom homebuilding experience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, with a sales mindset and an understanding of the residential homebuilding process
. You do not need to be a builder, but you should be comfortable reading blueprints, understanding floor plans and home features, and explaining the building process to customers in a clear and approachable way.

• Meet with customers in person to understand their vision, needs, and priorities.
• Guide customers through floor plans, features, selections, pricing, and the overall homebuilding process.
• Build trusted relationships through consistent, professional communication.
• Develop and finalize project scopes and contracts that align with customer expectations and business goals.
• Serve as the face of the company

• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Sales or consultative client-facing experience.
• Ability to read and understand residential blueprints and floor plans.
• Working knowledge of how a home is designed and built.
• Highly organized, personable, professional, and solutions oriented.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a high-touch environment.
