• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver high-quality service that reflects our reputation
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional recommendations

• Full-time, 40+ hours per week
• Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

• Up to $40/hour

• Monthly performance incentives (spiffs up to $2,500)
• Revenue bonuses up to $1,250/month
• Potential total earnings up to $150,000 annually

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification
• Texas Technician License
• Technical school training (preferred)
• NATE certification (a plus)
