Responsibilities- Coordinate, communicate, and implement activities and services related to the VR SEAL program.
- Work jointly with the SEAL Lead to implement training and placement support for SEAL trainees through the SEAL Summer Work Experience Program.
- Coordinate and perform Work Readiness training with VR customers in compliance with the SEAL Plan.
- Assist in matching SEAL customers with available SEAL worksites and enroll participants into the ADP system.
- Guide customers (and guardians, if applicable) through enrollment activities and wage payment system steps.
- Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientations and Worksite Supervisor Orientations; document as required.
- Maintain timely worksite visit documentation and analyze work experience activities to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
- Oversee worksite activities to ensure applicable Child Labor Law compliance.
- Coordinate, collect, and process timesheets; provide payroll distribution support if needed.
- Coordinate with Career TEAM administrative staff and SEAL customers/guardians to resolve paycheck and timesheet issues.
- Track and document outcomes and manage contractual goals related to the SEAL Program; obtain and review employer performance evaluations and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset ("ZAG" mindset) and perform other duties and projects as needed.
- Minimum:
High school diploma or GED. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of combined education and relevant experience. - 2+ years of work experience in training, counseling, case management, or related services.
- Substantial case management experience with the ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities; ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base.
- Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy (MS Office, internet, email).
- Valid Driver’s License.

Temporary – Full-Time, Non-Exempt - Onsite: 100% on location
- Travel: 15% within and outside the designated worksite
- Pay Rate: $17-$19/hour
- Position duration:
March through August (approximately), based on funding and needs; may end earlier or be extended.
