OverviewJoin a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Case Manager at Lake Granbury Youth Services, In Granbury Texas. The LGYS Academy is a secure post-adjudication facility located in Granbury, Texas that provides comprehensive services to young men (13‑17), using a trauma‑informed, strength‑based, gender‑responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential.
The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on‑site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay:
Depending on level of education & experience – to be discussed in interview

ResponsibilitiesThe Case Manager is a key member of the site’s Clinical team implementing the Rite of Passage program. This position is responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load. The Case Manager is considered the primary program liaison between student, parents/legal guardians, other staff members, and the placing agency officials.
This position will provide progress notes, as well as organize and facilitate court hearings, Probation Officer visits, students visit, and home passes.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License
