Coherent is seeking a senior manufacturing/process engineer to lead the transfer and scale-up of Fiber production into a high-volume, stable line at our Connecticut site. You will define manufacturing flows, equipment, tooling needs, critical parameters, controls, and acceptance criteria to ensure a smooth transfer from R&D to full-scale production.
