Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook | Granby, CT
$35–$40/hour | PRN
Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN PTA to support the rehab team at Civita Care Center 'll help residents practice the movements needed for daily activities while following treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist.
What You'll Do- Carry out PT treatment plans during scheduled rehab sessions
- Help residents practice walking, transfers, balance, and strengthening exercises
- Monitor residents' tolerance and report changes to the supervising PT
- Coordinate with nursing when residents need support during their recovery
- Record treatment and progress after each visit
- PRN opportunities based on facility needs
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the rehab team and regional leadership
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
