As a Senior Talent Advisor you will play an integral role within our talent acquisition organization. In this role you will be a part of a global team within a fast‑paced and progressive software company. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, with a core emphasis on attracting and hiring top tech talent. Your ability to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Support (EPS) will be crucial in understanding and meeting their evolving hiring needs.

As

a TA Advisor you will…
  • Partner with EPS to strategically align with their hiring objectives and future needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, influencing hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end candidate evaluation and the offer process, from initial screening to final offer generation, ensuring informed hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines by leveraging data‑driven insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity and generate reports for job openings, hires, and post‑hires in Workday and GEM.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams and the HR organization.
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build pipelines by directly sourcing world‑class talent using a variety of tools.
  • Proactively track market shifts and talent movements to shape sourcing approaches.
We're excited about if you have (Required Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Technology (Engineering, Product, Support and IT) roles for global tech companies
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like Linked In Recruiter, with a strong track record of building high‑quality talent pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at leveraging the talent brand across job postings, outreach emails, and candidate communications to attract and engage top talent.
  • Proficient in Workday or similar ATS, CRM tools, Boolean sourcing, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to track key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, technology acumen, negotiation, and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience
