• Own assigned applications and associated IT processes throughout their lifecycle
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact between business users, digital factory teams, and IT functions
• Oversee ticket activities related to demand, incidents, and service requests using Service Now
• Create and maintain essential IT documentation, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in application support or manufacturing IT
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing IT systems and familiarity with regulated environments
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management concepts
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

• Experience with manufacturing execution environments
• ITIL Foundation or similar certification
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, Dev Ops, and automated testing practices
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization
