Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This on-site role collaborates closely with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and document care using EHR systems. You’ll support patient and family education, uphold infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a culture defined by teamwork, compassion, and excellence.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to assess patients and plan care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document care using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide patient and family education and support to promote understanding and adherence to care plans.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence within a not-for-profit healthcare system.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license applicable to the practice location.
