Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a residential property.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to identify issues.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity in accordance with property policies and logs.;
Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.;
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol reports, and shift handoff communications.
