Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS) is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, candidates, and incoming calls.

This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations while assisting multiple departments across the organization. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a professional environment, and is interested in growing their career over time.

Growth Path:
Office Manager What You'll Do
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, candidates, and guests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces
  • Coordinate office supplies and administrative needs
  • Assist departments with projects, administrative support, and special assignments
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities as needed
  • Support leadership and staff with day-to-day operational needs
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
What Success Looks Like
  • Calls are handled promptly and professionally
  • Visitors have a positive first impression of the company
  • Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Departments receive reliable support when needed
  • Office operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, administrative, office support, or office coordination experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments

While all qualified candidates will be considered, experience in a professional office environment is strongly preferred.
