• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Document all service work performed clearly and accurately in the repair order system.
• Communicate technical findings to service advisors to help them explain repair needs to our guests.
• Keep your workspace organized, safe, and clean throughout the day.
• Stay updated on the latest technical bulletins and automotive technology advancements.

• Michigan State Mechanic Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Personal set of tools to perform professional automotive repairs.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience in an automotive service environment.
• ASE Certifications.
• Familiarity with dealership diagnostic equipment and service software.
