Alarm Monitoring Operator-2nd Shift

We are currently hiring new Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Representatives to join our second shift. The ability to work weekends and holidays is a must. Full‑time opportunity, starting pay $15 / hour, with a $1 / hour shift premium for hours worked between 6 pm–6 am. Second‑shift hours are 2 pm–10 pm; expect to work 32–40 hours per week.

As an Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Representative you will specialize primarily in commercial and some residential alarm monitoring. You will notify clients of verified alarms, inform them that help is on the way, and work directly with them to offer solutions. You will also dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented. No industry experience is necessary; we provide a 4–6 week paid training program.

• Must be 18 years of age with high‑school education, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer‑support‑related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS 365 a plus).
