At Advanced Rehab Management Services (ARMS), we're a health technology company that helps physical therapy providers maximize insurance reimbursement through our proprietary BOOST platform.
This is not a medical billing or medical assistant position. While you'll work with healthcare clients and insurance information, your focus will be on client relationships, account management, problem‑solving, and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

- Serve as the primary client contact.

- Monitor account performance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Two or more years of professional client‑facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow‑through abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
