Purpose of Position: Collect delinquent loans. Minimize credit union losses by controlling loan delinquency through communications, investigations, negotiations, and collection with members. Work to recover and/or prevent losses in other risk services.
Minimum Formal
Education:
High School Graduate
Experience: Consumer Loan Collections or related experience preferred
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
