• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, encouraging a positive, healthy environment.
• Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and facilitate transportation to and from life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients based on background, interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

• 1+ year of related experience in long‑term care is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
