We are currently seeking a dedicated Full‑Time HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician at Fountain Pointe Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• On‑call rotation 1 week a month for emergency maintenance coverage
• Snow removal as needed

• HVAC certification (EPA Universal is a big plus!)
• 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

• $21/Hour
• Annual salary increases up to 5%
• Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
