What You’ll DoPrep surfaces for paint (sand, mask, clean)
Apply primer, base coat & clear coat
Mix and match paint for accuracy
Buff, sand, and inspect for a flawless finish
Maintain paint equipment and follow safety standards
What We’re Looking For1–3 years of automotive painting or collision experience
Strong knowledge of paint prep, mixing, and application
Experience with spray guns and refinishing tools
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly; 70+ lbs occasionally
