CTE​/Career Resource Center Associate Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the CTE Director and departmental staff.
• Oversee local, state, and federal reporting processes.
• Assist with activities that ensure program compliance with TRAC requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and organize data; prepare reports and surveys.
• Track budgets, maintain records, and manage grants and payroll.
• Track expenditures, report and ensure compliance with federal Perkins Grant, state added cost, and local operating funds.
• Handle purchasing, receiving, and inventory tracking.
• Manage travel reservations and reimbursement processing.
• Document and maintain program inventories with ongoing tracking and reporting.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Use Google Sheets/Excel and other technology proficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by the CTE Director.
• Demonstrate strong organization, multi‑project management, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Salary: $34,500 - $42,000. 11‑month position.
