RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager - $95,000 per year (Grand Blanc, MI)

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, high‑quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as needed, utilizing the latest technology and collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the nursing team, give direction and assignments, offer training, contribute to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of requested reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. Foster a positive, healthy environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least two years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
- Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent customer‑service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
- Starting salary $95,000 per year.
