LPN Nurse

Position Overview

Wellbridge of Grand Blanc is seeking Skilled Nursing staff to deliver specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infectious disease, neurology, and dermatology. Nurses will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and work as integral members of a multidisciplinary team.

• Starting Wages: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on certification level)
• Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
• 3rd Shift Premium: $1.25 per hour
• Annual wage increases

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with patients, families, and visitors.
• Perform treatments including care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventive and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – assign duties, provide training, and manage performance evaluations.

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Strong analytical skills for developing personalized care plans.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and commitment to compassionate care.
