Job Title

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years required experience in specialty areas.
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hours, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4-hour blocks of time.
• Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
