Schedule and Compensation

• Full‑time: 7:am–7:30 pm; weekend hours: 3:00 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday; third day determined by department needs. Eligible for a $15/hour weekend premium for all qualified weekend hours.
• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; if Nurse Resident, all residency requirements must be completed including clinical requirements.
• Current RN licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
