Float Staffing Shift Timings: 19:00-07:30 Hours 3 days 12-hour shift (Monday
- Friday) Per Week: 36 Hours Roles & Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications 2 years' experience required in specialty area. RN's may take an assignment in SICU, MICU, NTICU, and SD. BLS, ACLS required. TNCC, CRRT, NIH, balloon pump preferred. This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time. Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
