Job Description

Dates of coverage:
As soon as credentialed - ongoing. Need providers as soon as possible, May 1 at the latest.

Need for six full-time candidates but open to candidates for PRN coverage. Priority is given to candidates available for full-time coverage.

Reason for coverage:
Four maternity leaves (May-September) and short staffing.

Practice setting:
Hospital-based.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday day shifts; open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. Locums typically do not take call.

Documentation system:
Paper charts
- No EMR.

CRNA role:
Team approach with a lot of independence; may supervise or have CRNA students shadow.

Average surgical cases per day: 30-50 cases.

OR staff: SAA, surgeon, CRNA.

Number of operating rooms: 22.

Candidate requirements:
Prefer experienced candidates but willing to train on harder cases if needed. Patient demographic:
Typically adults.
