Position Summary

Sam's Club #4944, 6160 S Saginaw Rd, Grand Blanc, MI .

Hourly rate: $17.00 - $25.00/hr (local minimum wage applicable). Shifts may vary.

• Provide member service and maintain the checkout, entrance, and exit areas.
• Resolve member issues and process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Organize and zone merchandise; identify shrink and damage.
• Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and tools.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
• Communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
