Jetstream Irrigation is seeking a personable, driven Sprinkler Salesman to join our Sales & Customer Relations team. This role focuses on building relationships with residential and commercial customers, assessing & measuring property details, identifying irrigation system needs, then developing thoughtful irrigation & drainage quotes. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in representing a trusted, long-standing company.
This position involves regular travel to customer sites and offers strong earning potential through performance-based incentives.
Who We AreEstablished in 1986, Jetstream Irrigation is a respected outdoor contractor specializing in sprinkler, lighting, and drainage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We practice responsible water use and water stewardship in all our endeavors. Jetstream’s focus is installing new irrigation & drainage systems and with over 2,000 established sprinkler customers, servicing and improving these systems as well.

Responsibilities- Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate irrigation system needs
- Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, system improvements, and water-efficiency solutions
- Prepare and present clear, accurate estimates and proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-through
- Explain recommended services in a clear, honest, and customer-friendly manner
- Coordinate with field operations to ensure accurate project scope and scheduling
- Track leads, proposals, and customer interactions using company software or tools
- Follow up on proposals and maintain consistent communication with clients
- Represent Jetstream professionally at job sites and customer meetings
- Support company sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, service advising, or customer-facing roles (construction, landscaping, or irrigation experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Friendly, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Honest, reliable, and highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
- Ability to travel regularly to customer locations
- Basic comfort with tablets, smartphones, and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- $25–$30 per hour + Commission
