Alarm Monitoring & Dispatch Representative – 3rd Shift

Work at our conveniently located office at 7241 Fenton Road in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

We are currently hiring new Operators to join our first shift. The ability to work weekends and holidays is a must.

Full Time Opportunity: $16 /hour starting pay.

Third Shift

Hours:

10pm-6am.

Expect to work 32-40 hours.

As an Alarm Monitoring & Dispatch Representative you will specialize in primarily commercial and some residential alarm monitoring and be confident that you will join a team of dedicated, skilled professionals who are committed to our client's complete satisfaction.

As a member of the Central Station Monitoring team, you will be the one notifying our Clients of verified alarms, when help is on the way or working with them directly to offer solutions to ensure their needs have been met. You will also dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented.

• Must be 18 years of age with High School Education, GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer support-related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS365 a plus)
