On-site position at Grand Forks Corporate Headquarters.
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay $20 - $24 per hour, DOE
- Politely answer telephone and direct calls or take messages.
- Greet and assist customers, employees, or other walk-ins.
- Process customer credit card payments.
- Open daily mail and deliver to Controller.
- Assist in daily filing, copying, and/or organizing.
- Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.
- Handle incoming/outgoing UPS/Fed Ex shipments as needed. Freight deliveries can be directed to appropriate Project Manager for unloading.
- Assist Accounting Department with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable daily.
- Assist Service Coordinator/Manager with work order paperwork/scheduling and other duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Controller.
