This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities open in Grand Forks and Fargo
, ND for a B2B Benefits Consultant (Independent Contractor) consultant will be responsible for working with businesses to identify and implement customized employee benefit solutions. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with existing and potential business clients, facilitating employee enrollments, providing educational materials, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the consultant will ensure that all benefit programs are communicated effectively, delivering excellent customer service while achieving revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Experience in Consulting and Insurance to advise businesses on relevant benefits offerings.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of local and national healthcare insurance markets is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
