Payday Express in Council Bluffs is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Loan Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in helping customers access short-term financial solutions while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, and payments
• Clearly explain loan terms, fees, and repayment options
• Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers daily
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information
• Meet individual and store performance goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming store environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Retail office environment
• May include evenings and Saturdays
• Customer-facing, fast-paced role
